As a globally distributed team, we operate to effectively support a client base on all continents, providing worldwide service from our U.S. foundation.

We specialize in the regulatory reporting requirements for securitizations and structured products—ESMA and FCA disclosure obligations in Europe, and SEC Rule 17g-5 compliance in the United States. Our clients rely on us as their compliance partner, outsourcing the complexity of regulatory data preparation, validation, and submission so they can focus on their core business.

Through our affiliated brand The LEI Corp, we also provide Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) registration, renewal, and ongoing lifecycle management. The LEI Corp serves issuers, asset managers, SPV trustees, and corporate treasuries globally—issuing new LEIs typically within the same business day and managing multi-year renewal schedules so codes never lapse. Together, the two businesses give clients a single operational home for the identifiers, codes, and disclosures that regulatory reporting depends on.

With an M.S. in Quantitative Finance and a B.S. in Physics + 20+ years of experience in sales engineering, consulting, systems architect, and capital raising roles, Thomas is now leading TRC to become a trusted partner for securitization market participants. Over the course of his career, working for Oracle, Dell EMC and other technology firms, Thomas has consulted to major financial institutions and federal agencies including Deutsche Bank, ABN AMRO, DPlus, Glencore, SEC, FDIC, and PBGC helping them architect and implement large-scale data platforms and ETL systems. Through his time in the US military and working for the federal government, Thomas held top-secret, secret, and public trust security clearances.
Beyond his business and technical skills, Thomas enjoys teaching—having served as an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown and George Mason University—and believes in fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

With a Master's degree in Computing and Information Systems from Queen Mary University of London, coupled with many years of hands-on experience in data engineering roles for financial institutions like ABN AMRO Bank, and small fintech firms, Colleen now heads up our data platform and infrastructure development.
At ABN AMRO Bank in Amsterdam, Colleen worked on systems to support the bank's anti-money laundering and financial crimes department, building robust data models and ETL pipelines that enabled seamless reporting to both the Executive Committee and Dutch Central Bank.
Colleen holds AWS certifications as a Cloud Practitioner and Solutions Architect - Associate, along with Azure Fundamentals certification. Her technical toolkit includes AWS services (Lambdas, SQS, SNS, Redshift, S3, Athena), PostgreSQL, Python, Airflow, Spark, and Power BI. Based in the U.S., she specializes in stitching together technologies to build scalable, resilient ETL pipelines, quality control and automation for financial data systems.

Monica's career spans diverse industries including fintech at T-REX (3 years), enterprise networking at Juniper Networks, and internships at Madison Square Garden Company and New York Life Insurance. At T-REX, she built and maintained ETL pipelines for asset-backed securities data, working extensively with Apache Airflow and Python to automate financial reporting workflows.
Her experience includes creating interactive Tableau dashboards, developing Python utilities for data integration, and building predictive models to optimize business processes. She has expertise in extracting data from API endpoints, managing AWS S3 storage, and implementing data quality automation across large-scale financial datasets.
With her strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Apache Airflow, Tableau, AWS, and cloud-centric data pipeline development, Monica now leads our pipeline and reporting efforts transforming complex data requirements into efficient, automated solutions for our clients' complex reporting and analytics needs.

What You'll Be Doing: Leading the development of a highly performant user-friendly front-end application from concept to deployment. Collaborating with our back-end infrastructure team to build interfaces to databases and data lakes using lambda functions and APIs.

Our Origin Story
How TRC got started — from a Glencore project to regulatory reporting
In 2000, our founder Thomas Morris led a pioneering project for Glencore, then the world's largest privately held company: to develop a technology platform for real-time monitoring of physical metal assets across warehouses in Western Europe and Singapore. The initiative ultimately underpinned one of the first-ever asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) securitizations of physical assets.
The system provided the underwriter with real-time data on asset characteristics, enabling daily valuations and ensuring the metal pool maintained its required grade. By providing this granular detail, Glencore achieved the credit rating needed to reduce their borrowing costs significantly—demonstrating the power of technology to create transparency of complex financial assets at a cost that didn't impair the economics of the deal.
Today, TRC is built on that same principle. We help provide essential transparency for asset-backed securities across diverse asset classes. Our platform and services deliver granular-level data that helps ensure investments are properly valued and monitored—and we do it at a price point that makes economic sense for our clients.
