We're looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Part-Time (for now) Front-End Developer to join our nimble and innovative team. This isn't just about writing code; You'll play a pivotal role in guiding design, architecting a responsive and maintainable application framework, and laying the groundwork for our secure client UI, and you can do it from anywhere in the world.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Architecting & Building: Leading the development of a highly performant user-friendly front-end application from concept to deployment. Make it fun to use. It feels good when users say, “wow, this is exactly what I need!”
• Innovating & Optimizing: Collaborating with our back-end infrastructure and pipeline engineering team to build interfaces to databases and data lakes using lambda functions and APIs.
• Leveraging Modern Tech: Our platform is fully in the cloud. AWS is our core ecosystem though we’re always exploring other tools that can do the job for less and with less work on our part.
• Shaping the Future: Contributing to technical decisions, code reviews, and mentoring as we grow our products and team.

What We're Looking For:

• Senior Expertise: Proven track record as a Front-End Developer with significant experience. You know the ecosystem, the patterns, and the pitfalls. You know how to put in place the tooling and the best practices to make for a pleasant development experience.
• Cloud Savvy: Familiarity with AWS Amplify is a big plus, as is general experience with other AWS cloud tools (e.g., Lambda, S3, Cognito). If you haven't touched Amplify yet, but have a strong AWS foundation, you'll pick it up quickly!
• Data Driven: Experience interacting with PostgreSQL or other relational databases from the front-end perspective.
• Adaptable & Eager to Learn: We value your foundational knowledge, but even more, your ability to quickly grasp new concepts and tools. You don't need to be an expert in everything on day one – a strong technical mind and a willingness to dive in are key.
• Independent & Proactive: As a remote, part-time role with flexible hours, strong self-management, communication, and a proactive approach are essential.
• Problem Solver: You love tackling complex challenges and finding elegant, scalable solutions.
• UI/UX Aficionado: You have an eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user interfaces.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Can you speak finance? ABS, CLO, Structured Finance, Securitisation?
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• A portfolio showcasing impressive UI/UX work.
